You are at the turning point, you are at a pivotal time, you're at a critical hour, you're at a defining season, you're at a game-changing moment, you're at a watershed moment, you're at a crossroads, you're at a point of transition, you're at a moment of shift and you are at a breaking point and I want to let you know. It's all set up by heaven.

Just a shout in this place. Come on, can we give Jesus a shout in this place? All right, I'm ready. Let's open up to Mark, chapter 10. Mark, chapter 10. Mark, chapter 10. If you have your Bibles, some of y'all still carry the physical copy. Y'all really saved. That's for the real saved folks. When you got the paper, you see the woman right there got it. She's saved. Saved, y'all ready. How does like more people in this service, but first service, they was ready for the word. All right, we're gonna try it again. Y'all ready for the word? All right, let's go. Mark, chapter 10.
02:00
Do you want me to tell you the title first, or do you want me to read the verses first? Title of the sermon I'm going to give you all a choice. The only time I'm giving you all a choice. Title. The title of my sermon is it's my Time. I'm going to say it again for those who didn't catch it it's my time. You know what that means. That means nothing can stop you in this season. You have a momentum in your life where no devil, no demon, no principality, no power, no lie, no assignment of man, nothing that the government can do, nothing that the system can do can stop you because greater is he that's within you than he that is in the world. This is your season. Come on, somebody. I need you to shout this is my season of favor, this is my season of breakthrough, this is my season of healing. This is my season that everything God promised for my life is coming to pass in Jesus' name. If you believe it, give God a shout in this place. I just want you to slap your neighbor high five and say you look great this morning, mark, chapter 10. I hope everyone told the truth in church. No, I'm just kidding. Y'all did. Everyone looks great. Mark, chapter 10. We're going to start reading at verse 46. Somebody say it's my time, mark, chapter 10. We're going to start reading at verse 46. Somebody say it's my time. Some of y'all didn't say it because you don't believe it. You believe it's someone else's time, your neighbor's time, someone else's time. This is my time. I need you to say it. Be your own prophet. Come on, speak to yourself. It's my time. It's my time time, mark, chapter 10.
03:50
Now they came to Jericho and as they went out of Jericho with his disciples in a great multitude, blind Bartimaeus, the son of Timaeus, sat on the road begging. And when he heard that it was Jesus of Nazareth, he began to cry out and say Jesus, son of David, have mercy on me. Then many warned him to be quiet, but he cried out all the more Jesus, son of David, have mercy on me. So Jesus stood still and commanded him to be called. Then they called the blind man saying to him be of good cheer, he is calling you. Isn't it so interesting.
04:26
I had to stop. I stopped at this point in the first service as well, but I had to stop right here. Isn't it so funny that the same people who were telling him to be quiet are now the same people telling him be of good cheer? Isn't it how funny and fickle human beings are that in one moment, hey, be quiet, shut up, don't speak. And in the one moment, hey, be quiet, shut up, don't speak. And in the next moment, be of good cheer, God loves you. I want to say more, but I'm going to keep reading. Be of good cheer, rise. He is calling you.
04:57
And throwing aside his garment, he rose and came to Jesus. So Jesus answered and said to him what do you want me to do for you? The blind man said to him Rabboni, which just means teacher or like a head teacher, that I may receive my sight. Then Jesus said to him go your way. Your faith has made you well. Faith has made you well. And immediately he received his sight and followed Jesus on the road. May God bless the reading of his word. That was weak. May God bless the reading of his word. All right, y'all Okay. I heard that Someone was like I'm going to say amen Rough.
05:44
Somebody say it's my time. One of the tactics of the enemy is to distract you so that you can miss your season. Um, one thing I want to let you know is that there are different seasons that are going to come in your life. There are going to be seasons of breakthrough and harvest and healing and and deliverance. They're going to be seasons where God wants to do something new and fresh. He wants to bring renewal. He wants to bring strength. He new and fresh. He wants to bring renewal. He wants to bring strength. He wants to bring energy. He wants to bring healing. He wants to set you on course for your best life. But one thing I want to encourage you with is that just know that when you're right at the precipice of your breakthrough, you're right at the point where God's about to do something special and amazing in your life. The enemy will come with tactics, tricks and devices right before you get to the finish line, so that you would not finish the assignment and you would not walk into your season of victory.
06:36
All three people said amen, I believe. Can I speak this over someone? I believe that every person in this place is pregnant with destiny. Purpose calling, anointing grace, business acumen, explosive anointing and fire for a generation. And what the devil wants to do is, right before you step into your calling, is to try to abort the dream and the vision. But I came as a midwife to let you know that this is your season to push this thing out. This is your season to give birth to it. You will not lose in this season. You will not have a stillborn in this season. Everything God ordained for you to walk in, you're about to walk into. Everything God destined for you to walk into. This is your season. This is your due season. This is your acceptable season. This is your season of increase. This is your season of breakthrough. If you believe it, say yes, see, I don't give God a cute praise because I don't want a cute breakthrough. If you believe it, say yes, see, I don't give God a cute praise because I don't want a cute breakthrough. You do the cutesy little praise when you want a cute breakthrough. When you need God to explode in your life, you need to give God an explosive type praise. When you believe that you stepped out of the old season and stepped into a season of breakthrough, you can't give God a cutesy praise you got to give him the kind of praise a praise where you're believing that God is already done Somebody shout it's already done, it's already done. All right.
08:24
One of the things I wanted to encourage you with is this there's two words in the Greek for time. One is a word called chronos. This word chronos is where we get the word chronological right. It has to do with chronological time, sequential time. I just want to teach a little bit. Y'all okay with that. I know I'm usually preaching loud.
08:51
One person said yes, all right, chronological time, sequential time. It's ordinary, measurable time like seconds, minutes, hours, days, years, decades, so on, so on. It's linear, it's quantitative, it's using the scripture to talk about a specific moment, like 3.30, 4.30, a specific chronological time. But there's a second word in the Greek that talks about time, because I said it's your time, somebody say it's my time, and the word that I'm talking about when I say it's your time, it's not chronological, it's not it's 330. The time that I'm talking about is the word Kairos, and the word Kairos means an appointed time. It means the right and opportune time.
09:47
This talks about a divinely appointed due season that, strategically, is set up by heaven and by God. It's not a qualitative time, it's a quantitative time, which means it's a time set by God for you to walk in all of the favor, the benefits, the blessing and the increase that he died for you to have. And I believe many of you are about to step into that season and it's called your Cairo season. That season, and it's called your Cairo season, it's your time, where God has divinely placed you on the earth for you to step in everything he wants you to walk in. That means some of you have been in the pattern, in the holding pattern, of believing God for your chrono season.
10:38
At 30, this is going to happen. At 35, this is going to happen. Three years from now, we'll buy a house. Six years from now, this is going to happen. God says from now, we'll buy a house. Six years from now, this is going to happen. God says I'm getting to rip up your timetable and I'm going to do things in my divine timing, which means it may take one week for something you thought was going to happen seven years from now. I believe that God's going to do things that you never even dreamed or imagined, because you're about to step into your Cairo season. You're about to step into your divine moment. You're about to step into the place where every promise of God that's been delayed over your life is coming all at once. The breakthrough is getting ready to hit your children, getting ready to hit your husband, getting ready to hit your wife, getting ready to hit your business, getting ready to explode in your life. If you believe it, say yes, all right, all right.
11:38
So I want to read a few scriptures that talk about your time and how God is about to do something like you've never seen in this hour. All right, can I say this even before I go there, we have to learn how to merge the word with divine timing. A lot of us here's what we do we read a lot of scriptures, we read a lot of scriptures and I love reading the word. I think the word is so important. But what we need to do is we need to start marrying and merging the word with God's divine timing. You know how you walk into results. You walk into breakthrough. You walk into.
12:16
Harvest Is when you take God's word and you say God, your word says this, and what are you saying about the timing of this? So when the word marries timing, that's how you get breakthrough. That's how you walk into harvest. You know, think about, uh, someone who's planting seed, right, how does that seed come to pass is when they take the seed, they put in the ground. And then the perfect timing happens.
12:40
If you try to do it before the time, like think about a tree, right, a tree's growing. A tree's growing let's say it's a banana tree, apple tree, whatever Before it fully germinates, before it fully grows, before it's time, you look at the tree and you're like, oh, this don't look right because it's not at full maturity yet. But there's a time when you look at that tree and you realize this thing has everything. I need to be sustained. And I believe that you're going to step in that same time. Just like that tree, everything around you doesn't look right, but God says I'm about to accelerate your season and everything that wasn't ready in the last season, God about to make it ready in this season.
13:21
I believe that, prophetically, even for the nation, that America has stepped into an accelerated season, that whatever spirit has been over this nation, that in this season God has pushed this nation into a Cairo season, a divine season, where you haven't caught anything all night. But Jesus is saying cast your net on the other side, because there's harvest getting ready to come. Yep, I believe you stepped into the season where you saw every doctor and it didn't work. But you're about to press through the crowd and at the right moment, you're going to touch the hem of his garment and you will be made whole. I got to learn that there are moments where God brings blessing. There's a blessing attached to moments. The Bible even says this. There's dimensions of grace and beauty attached to every season.
14:21
The scripture says he makes all things beautiful in its season. The scripture says he makes all things beautiful in its oh. Three of y'all know the word. There's a time where, even the worst of your situation, God going to turn it around and make it look good. You see, you can ask Joseph about it, because Joseph was thrown into a pit, he was put into Potiphar's house, then he was thrown into prison and it looked like nothing was going to go right for him. But he had a dream and, at the right, God came through and made everything look beautiful.
14:54
I believe you just stepped into your Joseph season, a season where you've been despised, you've been rejected, you've been belittled, you've been talked about, you were lied on. They didn't even care about you on your job. They treated you like you were an afterthought. But God says you're getting ready to step out of your old season and you're getting ready to step into your Cairo season. That means everything that's been locked up. They forgot you in prison, but God's about to remember you. They forgot you in prison, but God's about to bring you up. They forgot you in the pit, but God's about to bring you to your season a breakthrough. I just need about three people who know I just moved from one dimension to the next dimension. I just moved from one season to the next season and the king is getting ready to strip off your old garments, put on some new garments and bring you up and put you as second command over the nation.
15:45
Joseph, get ready, because this is your season, this is your time, this is your hour, this is your moment. Someone shout it's my time. I feel like preaching in here. I'm not going to miss my moment. One of the things about timing is a lot of the times. If you don't step into divine timing, you miss a season that may take 10, 15, 20 years to walk back into, or you may never walk into it. That's why I won't miss any moments in Jesus' name. Let me say it about you you will not miss any moments in Jesus' name. You will not miss the divine timing where God wants to do something. I know you've been trying to catch fish all night, disciples, but all you got to do is cast the net on the other time and right when they listened to the divine word, the divine timing came and everything they needed, right in that moment, God gave them more than they could even imagine.
16:52
Somebody say I'm stepping into my time. You're stepping into your Cairo season, all right. So look at this. Let me read. Let me see how many verses I want to read about timing. Let me read let me see how many verses I want to read about timing. Let's look at about three verses. Y'all ready for this? Galatians 6, 9. Let's open up.
17:13
Somebody say it's my time. It's my time. Let us not grow weary in doing good. So do good. Why? For in you? For in school? This is the due date for the assignment and you have those professors One minute late is due, january 1st eleven fifty nine. First, 1159, and you get it on the second at midnight. And the teacher looks at it failed over. See, God kind of like that with your due season, but in the opposite way. He looks at the season and he goes this time cannot end until my son and my daughter reap everything that they sowed. I won't allow this year to end. I'm prophesying to four people.
18:24
You see, you got to start speaking in faith like that over your year. You got to be the governor over your year and the legislator over your year, because if you don't govern your year, someone else will govern it. If you don't legislate your year, your job will legislate your year. If you don't govern your year, the devil will govern your year If you don't legislate your year. You got to start making the confessions that David made.
18:42
You know what David said about his year. He said the Lord is crowning my year with goodness and my paths drip with abundance. You see, I don't let anyone talk about my year and how my year is going to look. No, my year is crowned with goodness and is dripping with abundance, and nothing can stop me. You got to start speaking over your year, speaking over your day, speaking over your family. Ask for me in my house. We shall serve the Lord. When an attack comes, I go. Greater is he that's within me than he that is in the world.
19:11
Because I start using the power of my words. I know life and death is in the power of my tongue and if I want to see my time accelerate and God bring me into my due season, I need to start speaking like it already happened to my due season. I need to start speaking like it already happened For in due season. So there's things that heaven already designed for you to walk into. It's due for you, and you haven't reaped yet. There's a disconnect. There's a disconnect If we here's how you reap it and this is where some of us don't get into reaping If we do not lose. You know how you step into the season that's due for you. First of all, you have to give. You have to sow right, keep on doing the good thing, keep on sowing, keep on believing and I'm not even talking about money. Sow your time, sow your resources, sow your energy, sow in prayer, sow in fasting, keep on giving. And it says here's how it's going to manifest when you don't lose heart, when it's your time.
20:20
What happens is many of us are so heartsick because of disappointment. Some of you get so heartsick because it didn't happen the way I thought it would happen, or when it would happen that you actually miss out on a reaping season. You're crying so much about the last season that God's trying to bring you into a new season, but you're still crying. What did God tell Samuel when he rejected Saul? He said Samuel 1, samuel, chapter 16. Samuel, stop crying over Saul. I rejected him as the king of Israel. I'm about to bring the nation into a new season and you can't be crying about the old season when God's trying to bring you into the new season. You can't be weeping about the old relationship when God's trying to bring you into a new relationship. You can't be weeping about the old church when God's brought you into a new church. You can't be weeping over the disappointments of the last season when God has divine appointments in this season. I won't cry over what didn't work out, because I'm stepping into my reaping season. Can't lose heart, all right, because I'm stepping into my reaping season. Can't lose heart, all right. I'll do one more verse, because the time says I don't have a lot, all right. Psalm 102, verse 13.
21:38
Somebody say it's my time. Look at this. You will arise and have mercy on Zion for the time to favor her. Yes, there's a time of favor, right? What does? The Bible says yes. Yes means amen, yes is agreement. There's a time of favor that God's people are going to walk into, yep, yep. The Bible's like, yeah, it's true. And look what it says about that time it's the set. There's a set time for favor. There's a set time for breakthrough. There's a set time for harvest. There's a set time where God does something in your life and you don't want to miss that time. And it says, yes, the set time has come.
22:29
Can I give someone a word in here? It's not deep, it's not even prophetic, it's just biblical. This is your set time. This is your set time where favor will bring you further than labor. There's stuff that you can work hard and grind all day long to get, but there are things that favor will bring you that your job can't bring you. There are things that God's favor will allow you to walk into that you couldn't do it in your flesh. I own three houses, not because of my job, not because of preaching full time. It came through favor. Somebody say favor. There are things favor would do for you that your job can't do for you.
23:14
There are benefits. You know the Lord was ministering this to me this morning. He said I have benefits for my people, but most of them don't take advantage of the benefits. I remember at my old job they had a whole bunch of benefits. If you put this much in the 401k, we'll match it. Yeah, there's this benefit with health insurance. A lot of times you don't take the job because of the salary. You want a great salary but you'll be willing to take $5,000 less if the benefits are better. Hold on. So I don't got to pay for my health insurance at all. So you're telling me I get six weeks off. The other job was giving me two weeks off. Can I say there are benefits that God has for you. You know what the Bible says In Psalm, chapter 68, verse 19,.
24:11
It says daily he loads us with benefits, which means every day you have to wake up with an expectation there are benefits for me. God, where's my benefit package? I'm your child and I don't only get a salary salvation, where are the benefits? I believe every day and it's like God's just going to give you benefits. Daily he will load you with benefits. You know that language is like an animal and then they put all the stuff on that animal as much as they can, and the animal's walking like this because there's so much on the back of that animal. I believe that's how God wants to load you with his benefits, to the point where it's just so much blessing. This is so much open doors, this is so many opportunities. It's just so much goodness. Baby, this is your time for benefits.
25:06
And then Psalm 103 tells you what the benefits are. Bless the Lord, o my soul, and forget not his benefits, who forgives all your sins, heals your diseases, crowns you with loving kindness, redeems your soul from destruction, satisfies your mouth with good things so that your youth is renewed like the eagles. He tells you the benefits he wants you to walk into. All right, I went way off track, but I'm coming back in. Someone say come back in, come back in, man of God, come back in, all right. So, finally, that brings us to our text and here's what I want to say to some of you. You are at the turning point, you are at a pivotal time. You're at a critical hour. You're at a defining season. You're at a game changing moment. You're at a watershed moment. You're at a crossroads, you're at a point of transition. You're at a moment of shift and you are at a breaking point and I want to let you know it's all set up by heaven. God has set you up because he does not want you to be in lack. He has set you up because he wants you to walk in favor, he wants you to walk in goodness, he wants you to walk into the anointing, he wants you to walk into grace. This is your time. So I'm looking at Bartimaeus and here's what's really interesting.
26:25
This was a road that Jesus would take many times during his ministry and his life, his 33 years, 33 and a half years on the earth. He took this road several times. It was a road from Jericho to Jerusalem, and he would take the road from Jerusalem to Jericho. You have to understand something about this road. This was an 18-mile trip from Jericho. Are y'all still with me? Are y'all catching something? Are y'all getting something from what I'm saying? This trip from Jericho to Jerusalem was an 18-mile treacherous road. You started somewhere like 500, 600 feet below the sea level and then you climbed all the way up, 2,500 feet above the sea level, to Jerusalem. This was a treacherous road and you know what the Bible says.
27:15
Jesus even said it in Luke, chapter 10, verse 30, where he talks about the story of the good Samaritan. He said this road from Jerusalem to Jericho, there was thieves on that road. Even when he was telling a story, he talked about that road. He said we don't really mess with that road. If I'm going that road, I'm going to bring my whole crew, peter and all of them. If you get it, you get it. If you didn it, you get it. If you didn't, you just need to read the Bible a little more. Because Peter wasn't like the other disciples. The Bible says when they tried to get Jesus, he took the knife out and was like yo, what up? Yo, what's good, peter still has some New York in it. I think he was from the Bronx.
28:00
You see, this road from Jerusalem to Jericho, jericho to Jerusalem, it was filled with thieves, it was filled with robbers, it was treacherous, it was complicated, it was tough and this is the road where this man happened to be begging. The worst, it was the type of road it was like late at night, the lights are off. Yo, maybe I'll just walk six blocks just so I don't have to go down that street. I believe the Lord is with me, but I'm also wise, but I'm also wise. So imagine there's this road, treacherous road, intense road, bandits and robbers, and Jesus is walking by this road. But here's what makes it really interesting is that this was the last time Jesus was going to walk down the road. I told you it's your time. This was the last time because after Jesus did this trip, he would literally go before Pontius Pilate. He would be replaced with a robber, he would be beaten and scorched. He'll be put up on a bloody cross, a crown of thorns on his head, nails in his hands and his feet. You have to see the imagery here. This was the last time Jesus would do this trip. And Bartimaeus, even though at that moment he wasn't saved, something rised up in him. Something rose up in him that said Jesus is walking by. I'm not going to miss my moment.
29:39
You see, some of you come to church and you do the same old religious jig. You do the same old religious jag. You do the same old religious talk. You do the same old religious stuff. Oh man, I'm just going to sit in the back and then, once they say service is over, I'm going to run out of there because you're not going after Jesus. You came here so you can put on your church attendance. God, I came to church but there's no pursuit. Your life hasn't been changed.
30:06
Bartimaeus, you have to see his condition. He, the bible, says he's sitting in the dirt, he's sitting on the side of the road, he's blind and he's. Bartimaeus is in the worst place of his life and he realizes something If I don't do something, I'm going to stay here forever. If I don't do something, I'm going to stay in this cycle of pornography forever. If my God, if I don't do something, I'm going to end up in this cycle of fear and doubt and struggle. And I don't want to be in a cycle. I don't want to be going through the same thing 20 years from now that I'm going through right now, when I serve the God of heaven and earth, the God of breakthrough, the God of healing. You've got to start saying I refuse to be the same. I refuse to be the same.
30:56
He's sitting on the side of the road and you have to see this man, his name. I looked it up and his name has two meanings. I was like Lord. I don't understand what this means. The first meaning of his name first, you have to understand his name. His name is Bar Timaeus. The word bar in Aramaic means the son of Timaeus, means two things. So anytime they're like this is the son of this person, they will say bar, like, for example, when Jesus was speaking to Peter. He goes you're Simon, bar Jonah, you're Simon, the son of. Y'all can talk. I'm here preaching man, I'm sweating. People are like Jonah the son of Jonah. So bar means son of, so, bartimaeus means the son of Timaeus. I wonder, was that even his name or was that what people called him? You look so much like your dad. Oh, this is the son of Timaeus. He was in such a desperate place he didn't even have his own identity. I think we thought that was his name. No, that was not his name. That's how people identified him.
32:22
I felt that in my spirit and when I looked up his name, his name had two meanings. The first meaning was unclean and the second meaning was honorable. And I was like Lord, what does that mean? And the Lord says each and every one of us have two natures. We can either live by the nature of the flesh or the nature of the spirit. When you live by the nature of the flesh, you live an unclean life when you live by the system of this world. You live an unclean life. When you live in Christ, you live honorably. Honorable doesn't mean perfect. Honorable means that someone made you righteous. Someone looked at you and saw something in you that you didn't see in yourself.
33:05
I sense that God is changing some people tonight, this afternoon. He is changing your identity, he is changing your name. He is shifting you from one season to the next season. And this is your time. And you know what? As Jesus walks by, you can't be passive. You can't do. Oh well, you know, maybe next week I'll get something from God. Nope, I got to get it now Because I don't know if this is the last time I'm going to be in this building. I don't know if I go home and I go to sleep and I never wake up again. If I'm going to get something from God, I'm going to get it today. If I'm going to get a breakthrough, today is the day of salvation. Right now is the acceptable hour of favor. I'm going to walk into it now because I won't miss my moment. I won't miss it because I need to walk in everything. God called me to See where's that passion. We don't got that passion in preaching. It's just like go home and just live your life. No, I want to live for Christ.
34:09
Two natures and Bartimaeus. He hears that Jesus is passing by. You know what the Bible says when he hears about Jesus passing by, that's when he gets aggressive, Jesus, the Bible says he starts shouting. That's right. Yeah, why he's so loud in church? Because I realize I'm blind and the only way to see is to get the attention of the Savior. And sometimes the Savior doesn't look at your dignified praise and respond to it. Sometimes it takes the undignified praise, the desperate praise, that praise where you're like I have no other choice but to trust you. I have no other choice but to seek you. I have no other choice but to trust you. I have no other choice but to seek you. I have no other choice but to go after you. Doctors didn't have the solution. Friends didn't have the solution. My job doesn't have the solution. Drugs doesn't have the solution.
35:07
I drank enough alcohol. I drink so much. I'm like a fish not me. I hate alcohol. It's disgusting to me. I'm being honest.
35:18
If you ever hear Prophet Nate, he was drinking alcohol. Tell them the devil is alive. I hate that thing. I hate the smell. It makes me want to throw up. It's disgusting and it's not like I'm being super deep or spiritual, it's nasty, just taste.
35:34
The only reason people drink alcohol is not for taste. Maybe wine, like you know, wine taste, but anything alcohol is not for taste. Maybe wine, like you know, wine taste, but anything else is not. Because of taste. You drink a hard liquor. That's not for taste. You want to get drunk or tipsy. Amen, there's no way you're drinking is. There's no way? Because that thing tastes like throw up on top of throw up, with a side of throw up. And if you like the sweet drinks, just have some ice cream. Because the only purpose of drinking for real can we be honest for the most part is so that you can get the feeling that the Holy Spirit is supposed to give you Without guilt and conviction. The Holy Spirit will give you that feeling of ease, of comfort, of no reservations, but it will come with no conviction, no throwing up man, he's giving you a better deal. He says do not be drunk with wine, which is dissipation, but be filled with the Holy Spirit.
36:47
Speaking to one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord. I'm getting back to my sermon. I lost half the crowd. They're like ooh Barton Mason, on the side of the road. He's begging and he starts crying out Jesus, son of David, have mercy on me. And then guess what the crowd does Shh, you're too loud. It ain't that kind of church here. No, not CityLight. I'm talking about another church. We don't scream like that. We're not loud like that. Why you got? You're doing too much, but I need Jesus. You're doing too much, but I need Jesus. So you know what the Bible says. The crowd tells me to be quiet. I love how undignified he is. I love how desperate he is.
37:39
The Bible says he started screaming even louder. He started being even more unruly. He started being even more creative with his praise. Oh, you told me I can't shout. Now I'm going to jump. Hey, Jesus, you're telling me I can't jump, I'm going to spin, I'm going to get even more radical.
37:59
You see, some of you. You let people dictate how much you praise God. You let situations dictate what your praise looks like. You let the temperature of your church or your region tell you how much you should praise. I don't care if they're not praising. I got a praise on the inside that I can't let. Some of y'all need to lift up your hands and give God a shout like you really believe it. I don't let my denominational preference dictate my praise.
38:31
The Bible says let everything that has breath praise the Lord. I don't even let how I feel dictate my praise. Why are you down, guys? Oh my soul Hope in God. Yet will I praise him, tell me, when depression hits me? I look at depression. I'm still going to praise him. Alright, I gotta go, I gotta go, alright. So he's begging on the side of the road. He's crying out. Crowd tells him be quiet. Guess what he starts doing Crying out even more Because he knew his condition wasn't his conclusion. Well, I'm going to say that again your condition is not your conclusion when Jesus is walking by, no matter what condition. That is why I said it's your time, it's your Kairos moment. You got to realize and discern when it's your time, because when it's your time, if you're silent, you won't get the breakthrough. When it's your time, if you try to be all cutesy, you won't get your breakthrough.
39:33
It comes to desperate people. You know what the Bible says about a woman who wanted an answer from the judge. She kept knocking on the door and the judge is like leave me alone, leave me alone, leave me alone. She keeps knocking on the door. The judge is like, leave me alone. The Bible says the judge went to the bathroom and she's like yo, my man, I know you're dropping the deuce, I don't care, I need an answer. And Jesus is like that's how you should be seeking me, with that level of desperation, that audacious type of persistent pursuit after the things of God. I won't stop knocking, I won't stop seeking, I won't stop asking until I get the answer. I won't stop seeking, I won't stop asking until I get the answer Jesus said to David have mercy on me and it wasn't just that he shouted is what he shouted?
40:25
son of David was a messianic term, which means he had a revelation that the disciples didn't even have. He was blind, but still had more discernment than the disciples, because what he's screaming was saying you're the Messiah. No, messiah means the one who saves. See, whatever you need from God, that's what you have to start crying out Lord, save me. Lord, save me, you sick in your body. Jehovah, rapha, the Lord, my healer. You're in a battle, in the spiritual warfare, and you can't get victory. You need to say Jehovah, gabor. Y'all don't even know what that means. It means the Lord who fights for me, the man of war, the God who battles. The Bible calls him a man of war, exodus. Exodus calls him a man of war. He's one who fights for you. So he's crying out Jesus, son of david, Jesus, the messiah, Jesus, the one who saves.
41:23
You have to understand something about the book of mark. Right, mark? It may be one of, I think is my favorite, uh, gospel, because mark didn't play any games. The way he wrote was completely different from everyone else when Mark wrote his particular book. Here's how Mark wrote it. Mark wrote it with the intention for it to be quick-paced, right. He uses the word immediately 41 times. It's only used about 20 other times in the whole New Testament, but he writes it 41 times in this book.
41:49
Why? Because he's talking about Jesus moved from here to there. Miracle here because he only has three and a half years to fulfill his assignment. Remember, he started at 30 years old. He was going to die at 33 and a half. This was just the last few months of Jesus' life that's talked about in this story. So Jesus realized I only have a few months to go. And so when Mark talks about Jesus and his ministry, he's talking about a fast pace, moving from here, from Galilee, all the way to Jerusalem, then back to Galilee, then here, then there. And Jesus is moving so fast and every miracle is saying immediately, fast, fast, fast pace, fast pace, fast movement, fast pace.
42:23
But you know, something happens in that moment, even though Jesus is going through this place, jericho, for the last time, and he's moving with some speed because he only has just a few months left to die, this man's praise stops Jesus in his tracks. Your praise has the ability to stop God. Your praise has the ability to get heaven's attention. Your cry has the ability to say someone just cried out to me. That was different. Someone just praised me. That was different than just oh, thank you Lord. This person's desperate, this person's hungry, this person's longing.
43:06
And the Bible says, as soon as that happened, Jesus stopped and he goes. Call that man to me. And the Bible says all the people who were criticizing him, telling him to be quiet, be of good cheer. Isn't it so funny that there's people they won't celebrate you until the world starts celebrating you. Oh, I love this. There are people who are your friends, who it isn't, until someone on the outside starts talking about how good you are, they're like oh, I knew him since I was 12. You knew me, but you don't know me. Be of good cheer, the master's calling you.
43:49
So what does the Bible say? The first thing that he does is that the Bible says he rises up. He was literally laying on the floor, but as soon as he heard the master, the Bible says he got up. He rose up. Some of you have been down and it's time to get up. You've let the devil knock you down. It's time to get up. You see, right now there's an eight count, one, two and before it reaches 10,. The Holy Spirit's about to give you the strength to get up, to get out of that messy situation. You know how you can get up out of that situation. Just delete her number. Ooh, I love this. You know how you can get up out of that messy situation. Ooh, I love this. You know how you can get up out of that messy situation. Just do what God told you to do the first time. You know how you can get out of that messy situation. Obey God's voice, listen when he speaks. You know the way to get up out of your situation.
44:57
Stop lying. Be honest about where you are in life, because the Holy Spirit just wants honesty. David, when he was repenting, you know what his prayer of repentance. Lord, I want truth in the inward parts. I just don't want to say things that sound right. I want to be honest.
45:13
I don't want to be in front of church people acting like, yeah, but on the inside is dead man's bones. There's no connection to God, there's no connection to spiritual things, there's no connection to anything that has to do with the things of the spirit, because I'm dead on the inside. No, I want to be alive on the outside and on the inside. I want so much joy. It starts bubbling over in my life where everyone around me is like I'm just so happy when I'm around you. Yeah, it's called the spirit of joy. I've got the garments of heaviness off and I put the garments of praise and the garments of joy on. Come on somebody. So here's what the Bible says. I'm almost done. Can y'all give me two more minutes? So here's what the scripture says.
45:53
It says this man rises up and then he does a second thing, and this is the part where it's really deep. It says he takes his garment. This garment was a garment given by every person in the society who was blind, who was lame, who had a specific issue. And it helped you identify the person by their issue, not by who they really were, not by their true identity, but by their issue. And some of you you've identified yourself by your issue. Man, I'm just broke. I won't be identified by my issue. Man, I you know I got cancer and you know, nope, I'm not being identified by that. By his stripes, I am healed. I won't be identified. So he has this issue and he's being identified by the issue and he's wearing this garment. This garment, that signifies he's blind and as soon as Jesus calls him, he didn't even get his miracle yet.
46:58
The fact that Jesus called me is enough for me to know that my miracle is about to happen. The fact that Jesus saved you is enough to know that every other thing that comes with the son is about to come into your life. Every other benefit is yours. Healing is yours, deliverance is yours, breakthrough is yours. Oh, somebody better shout in here Throw the garment off even before the miracle happens. Throw the garment off even before the miracle happens. Throw the garment off even before God turns it around.
47:33
He throws his garment off and Jesus goes what do you want me to do for you? And he says I want to receive my sight. Jesus goes. Now I got one better. He goes be healed. It was two different words him receiving a sight, he wanted physical sight. Jesus gave him one, even better, because the Greek word that's used is a word that means healing in the soul, healing in the body, healing in the spirit, completeness. It's so funny. You ask Jesus for one thing. He's like I'll do one better for you. That's the kind of God I serve, a God who's like you want $50? I got you 150.
48:22
But here's the part of the story that really hit me. It's where the miracle happened, and I'm going to end on this. It happened in a place called Jericho. We got to go back to Joshua, chapter 6, verse 1, to understand about Jericho. Jericho was the first place that the children of Israel went into when God promised them a land flowing with milk and honey. And you know what the Bible says about Jericho. There were walls all around Jericho and it was shut up. Nothing could come out, nothing could come in. Joshua gets a word from God. Walk around every day once. Then on the seventh day, walk around how many times? All right, six of y'all know the Bible Seven times. And when you walk around seven times, on the seventh time, open up to Joshua, chapter 6. Can we go to verse 20? Actually, y'all were ready before I even said anything, but let's go to verse 20. Here's what it says. This is on me, not on them, verse 20. Joshua 6, verse 20. Let's see, maybe I can read it. This was a last minute change. Joshua 6, verse 20, I got it. It says so.
50:01
The people shouted when the priest blew the trumpets. And it happened when the people heard the sound of the trumpet. And the people shouted with a great Shout Shout, shout. Well, I felt like I was transported to a black Pentecostal church for one second. When you did that, I felt like preaching. I said hold, slap your neighbor high, five her, say we're about to shout down the walls. Okay, I felt that.
50:36
And the people shouted with a mediocre shout, with a mundane shout, with a shout like I shouted before, nope, with a great shout, you know. They shouted so loud, so great, so mighty, that the wall fell down flat. No, no, no, no. I'm not talking about it crumbled, because that's how walls fall. Walls don't fall down like a pancake. Walls fall down like this crumbling. The shot was so great that it changed the physics, because they couldn't get into the city if the walls crumbled. In order for them to get in the city, the wall had to fall. Then the bible says after that happened, then the people went up into the city and every man straight before him, and they took jericho. This miracle in j in Joshua, chapter 6, happened in Jericho. The miracle in Mark, chapter 10, happens in Jericho. The similarity between the miracles is let's go.
52:05 - Speaker 3
Great shout.
52:09 - Speaker 1
Let's go. It happened because there was a desperate people who said can't just do what I always do to get the breakthrough? There's a great shout that's going to bring me into the next season of my life, that's going to bring me out of my chrono season and bring me into my Cairo season. So here's what I want everyone to do we're going to stand to our feet and we're going to give our great God a great shout. And here's why we're doing it. It's because Jesus is passing by and I will not miss my time. I will not miss my moment, I will not miss my hour, I will not miss my season.
53:01
So I want everyone to lift up your hands and, on the count of three, we're going to release a great shout. I'm not going to belabor the fact, but I believe this shout is going to be a shout of miracle, breakthrough and every wall in your life falling down flat, which means, when the things in your life that have been holding you back fall down, it won't make a mess in your life. Oh, my God, I felt that in my spirit. When it falls down in your life, it will not be messy, it will fall down and you'll be able to conquer everything God called you to conquer. So, on the count of three, I want you to lift up your hands and we're going to release a shout of victory, a great shout to our great God. One, two, three shout.
53:47 - Speaker 3
Come on Shots. Walls of Jericho come down. Walls of Jericho come down.
54:01 - Speaker 1
Walls of Jericho come down.
54:04 - Speaker 3
Opposition come down, fear Come down, anxiety Come down, depression Come down, sickness Come down, come down. Don't miss your moment, don't miss your moment.
54:44 - Speaker 1
Don't miss your moment. Don't miss your moment, don't miss your hour, don't miss your season. Hallelujah, we shout the shout of victory. Shout unto God with a voice of triumph. Shout unto God. Hallelujah, we shout the shout of victory. Shout unto God with a voice of triumph. Shout unto God. Hallelujah, we shout the shout of victory. Shout unto God with a voice of triumph. Shout unto God. Hallelujah, we shout the shout of victory. Shout out to God with the voice of triumph. Shout out to God.
55:49 - Speaker 3
The great God deserves a voice of triumph. Shout out to God with a voice of praise. Shout out to God with a voice of triumph. We lift your Name up. We lift your Name up. Shout out to God with a voice of triumph. Shout out to God with a voice of praise. Shout out to God with a voice of triumph. We lift your name with a shout of praise. Shout out to God. Shout out to God. Shout out to God. Shout out to God with our voice of triumph. There's victory. There is victory. Yeah, victory is in this house.
57:09 - Speaker 1
Shout out to God. Shout out to God. Shout out to God. Shout out to God. Shout out to God with a voice of triumph. Shout out to God with a voice of praise. Shout out to God with a voice of triumph. Shout out to God with a voice of praise. Shout out to God with a voice of triumph. We lift your name up, we lift your name. Shout out to God with a voice of triumph. Shout out to God with a voice of praise. Shout out to God with a voice of triumph. Shout out to God with a voice of praise. Shout out to God with a voice of praise. Shout out to God with a voice of praise. One more time every night lift the praise, lift the praise. Yeah, oh, can I just say one last thing.
58:26
When the ark came back into Jerusalem, david started worshiping the Lord. He started dancing, he started shouting and his wife, michala at the time, looked at him and was like aren't you supposed to be the king? You're too dignified for that kind of praise. And see, he looks at her straight in the face and he goes. I'll be more undignified if you thought my praise was something I'm about to release, a praise that's going to shock the world. So let's do that one last time.
59:08
You know what the Bible said. Hold on. Here's the issue. Here's what the Bible says. After that woman judged her, she was never able to give birth to any children. It blocked up her womb. See, there's something about being a praiser where it opens up your womb I'm talking about even your spiritual womb it opens you up in the realm of the spirit and you being critical of people's praise usually closes you up and you're unable to give birth to certain things. So we're not going to be criticizers, we're not even going to stand back and be spectators. We're going to be crazy praisers. So I want you to lift up your hands and, one last time, shout unto God with the voice of triumph Hallelujah.
01:00:00 - Speaker 3
Come on, come on, come on, come on, come on, we lift it up, we lift it up, we lift it up, we lift it up. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Let everything God has breath Praise the Lord, praise the Lord. Let everything God has breath Praise the Lord, praise the Lord. Let everything God has breath Praise the Lord, Praise the Lord. Let everything God has breath Praise the Lord, praise the Lord. Praise the Lord, praise the Lord. Let everything, let everything God has breath, God has breath. Praise the Lord, praise the Lord, praise the Lord, praise the Lord.
01:00:55
As long as I'm breathing, I've got a reason to praise the Lord. Oh my soul, yeah, I've got to praise the Lord. Oh my soul, I gotta pray the Lord. Hold my soul, I gotta praise, sing and praise the Lord. Hold my soul. I gotta praise, sing and praise the Lord. Hold my soul, I won't be quiet. I won't be quiet. My God is alive. How could I keep it inside? I won't be quiet. I won't be quiet. My God is alive. How could I keep it inside? I've gotta pray. Oh my soul, oh my soul.
01:01:57
I praise when I feel it, I praise when I feel it. I praise when I don't. I praise because I know. I praise because I know You're still in control. You're still in control.
01:02:13
My praise is a weapon. It's more than a sound, more than a sound. My praise is the shout. My praise is the shout that brings Jericho down One more time. My praise is the shout. My praise is the shout that brings Jericho down. My praise is the shout.
01:02:38
Come on, lift the shout.
01:02:41
Lift the shout in this place. Lift the shout in this place. Lift the shout in this place. Yeah, lift a shot in His face. Lift a shot in His face. Yeah, praise the Lord.
01:03:00
I gotta praise the Lord. Oh, my soul, oh, I gotta praise the Lord. Oh, I won't be quiet, Lord, I won't be crying, I won't be crying. My God is alive. How could I keep it? I won't be crying, I won't be crying. My God is alive. How could I? I won't be crying, I won't be crying. My God is alive. How could I keep it inside? I gotta praise the Lord. Oh, my soul, oh my soul, with everything within me, I praise the Lord on my soul. I lift it up. I lift it up. Let everything that has breath Praise the Lord. Let everything that has breath Praise the Lord. Praise the Lord. Let everything, let everything that has breath, that has breath, praise the Lord, praise the Lord. Praise the Lord, praise the Lord. Let everything, let everything that has breath, that has breath, praise the Lord, praise the Lord, praise the Lord. Let everything, let everything that has breath, that has breath, praise the Lord, praise the Lord. Praise the Lord, praise the Lord.
